Job Summary:
As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding the company’s customer base. Your primary role will involve generating leads, managing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. You will play a crucial role in representing the company and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
– Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities.
– Conduct market research to identify new markets and customer needs.
– Utilise various sales tools and techniques to reach out to prospective clients.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
– Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
– Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively.
– Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals.
- Client Relationship Management:
– Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
– Provide exceptional customer service and support.
– Address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly.
- Sales Targets and Reporting:
– Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
– Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
– Track and analyse sales performance and market trends.
- Collaboration and Coordination:
– Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies.
– Collaborate with colleagues to improve sales techniques and share best practices.
– Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and industry events.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or HND in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role.
– Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Proficiency in MS Office
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in the relevant industry or sector.
– Knowledge of market research and competitive analysis.
– Familiarity with digital marketing and social media strategies.
Working Conditions:
– Full-time position.
