The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for attracting candidates, screening them, and matching them to appropriate positions with client companies. This role involves understanding the needs of both clients and candidates to ensure a successful match, managing the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to placement, and maintaining strong client relationships.

*Key Responsibilities:*

  1. *Client Relationship Management:*

– Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies.

– Understand clients’ staffing needs and requirements.

– Provide clients with advice on market conditions, salary levels, and recruitment trends.

  1. *Candidate Sourcing and Recruitment:*

– Use various methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

– Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and fit for the role.

– Match candidates to suitable positions based on their skills, experience, and career aspirations.

  1. . *Interview and Selection:*

– Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.

– Prepare candidates for interviews and provide feedback afterwards.

– Assist in the negotiation of job offers and terms of employment.

  1. *Administrative Duties:*

– Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate and client interactions.

– Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.

– Prepare and submit regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.

  1. *Market Research and Analysis:*

– Stay updated on industry trends and developments.

– Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.

– Analyse competitor activities and market positioning.

*Qualifications:*

– Bachelor’s degree or Higher National Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

– Proven experience as a recruitment consultant, recruiter, or similar role.

– Strong knowledge of recruitment practices and techniques.

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

– Ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.

– Strong organisational and time-management skills.

– Familiarity with social media recruiting and other sourcing techniques.
